Probability, inferential statistics, and EDA
These ventures illuminate the intricate dance of numbers, revealing patterns and insights that shape decision-making.

Mini-data projects
Mini-projects collection, a testament to my ongoing commitment to practicing and refining data science skills. These mini-projects were crafted during my free time.
NLP

EDA and descriptive statistics
These mini-projects, conducted using Python, delve into distinct domains. One investigates the listing Airbnb prices in Lyon to understand the pricing patterns. The other focuses on health policy charges in the US, utilizing multiple regression.

Data science projects during master degree

Project 1: Data from the Planck telescope. Use of sky maps at different measured frequencies.
- 7 days of scientific mini-project in cosmology & astrophysics.
- Build algorithms for data analysis with Python.
- Context: Planck mission.
- Task: Reconstruct clusters in patches of Planck maps. Separate the signals.
- Action: Linear combination.
- Result: Planck enables us to identify new clusters and superclusters.

Project 2: Understand the performance of the ATLAS experiment’s isolated photon identification techniques.
- 5 month internship in particle physics.
- Large scale data analysis with C++.
- Context: ATLAS experiment in the LHC.
- Task: The main task was the characterization of isolation for photons. Data and Monte Carlo simulations were compared for and the agreement between them was quantified.
- Action: Chi-squared distribution.
- Result: Signal distributions were obtaind with the data driven by bg sub-method. Tight isolation efficiencies and purities were measured. Data-MC agreements were estimated as shifts in the isolation distributions.
